These Terms and Conditions apply to GlobalConnect Services, operated by auto developmemt llc, at globalconnect.sbs, including voice services, SMS/MMS messaging, API access, onboarding, account notifications, support, and service status communication.

Messaging program

By opting in to receive messages from auto developmemt llc / GlobalConnect Services, you agree to receive business communication related to GlobalConnect service updates, customer support, onboarding, account notifications, appointment reminders, delivery/status updates, service test messages, and communication services requested by you or your organization.

Consent

You may opt in through GlobalConnect website forms, account registration, onboarding forms, support requests, direct business interaction, or written/verbal authorization to receive GlobalConnect messages from auto developmemt llc / GlobalConnect Services. Website forms must clearly state that the user agrees to receive SMS/MMS messages from auto developmemt llc / GlobalConnect Services and must not use pre-checked consent boxes.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-out

You may reply STOP at any time to opt out. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed.

You may reply HELP for assistance or contact GlobalConnect through the website at globalconnect.sbs or by email at support@globalconnect.sbs.

Privacy

Mobile numbers and SMS consent data are not sold, rented, traded, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

GlobalConnect services may not be used for unlawful content, fraud, impersonation, spam, harassment, illegal robocalling, misleading campaigns, or messages sent without proper consent. GlobalConnect may suspend accounts or campaigns that violate these terms or GlobalConnect compliance requirements.
